Do I need a AASA License? *YES* *NO EXCEPTIONS*
We are sanctioned under AASA and YOU WILL REQUIRE a AASA (General Speed or Day) license for this event. There can be no exceptions for this under our sanctioning body.

Can I choose my own Garage?
We are unable to self service garage selections. You will be assigned a garage near your class competitors as we will be grouping garages by class.
If you specifically wish to have a garage near another competitor you will have an opportunity when you fill in your waiver forms (immediately after payment).
THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEES that we can accomodate your request.
What about Waivers?
You will recieve your waivers to sign electronically immediately upon payment.
Please fill these in and sign these as soon as you can.
Have your AASA License number and Expiry ready prior.
Where can I get my AASA License?
AASA is our sanctioning body and provide the required insurances for this event.

How much does a AASA License cost?
As at 1/1/2026 AASA charges for an Annual General Speed License $195 + Credit card processing fee.
and a Day license is $60 + Credit card processing fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds for event bookings are availalable for cancellations more than 14 days prior to the event. Refunds are subject to a $100 administration fee. Please contact us regarding cancellations.
For cancellations with under 14 days remaining prior to event kickoff, no refunds will be available.
No-shows are also non-refundable.
